Shipping in the continental United States is a flat rate fee of $4.95 per order. Orders over $75.00 will receive free shipping. 

Most items will be shipped using USPS First Class Mail, but depending on weight and size, some items will be shipped through Priority Mail and will arrive a day or so sooner. Although most online orders process and deliver within 3-5 business days, please allow for 7 business days for delivery.  Once you place your order you will receive an email with a tracking code for your convenience. 

Feel free to include special instructions such as leaving the invoice out or adding a note for gifts, etc. We will do our best to meet your specific needs!

Products damaged during shipping must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly replace your purchase(s) as closely as possible given the one-of-a-kind nature of the products as well as the small inventory kept on hand.  Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to jen@purseandclutch.com with the details of your order and we will work to find a mutually suitable solution that may include a replacement or a reimbursement depending on your unique circumstances.
