Production timelines.

We run multiple production cycles each year so you can rely on timely restocks & so our artisan partners have consistent work.


If your deadline doesn’t align with our schedule (or your order exceeds 200 units), reach out. We’ll evaluate your needs and create a custom plan together.

An initial payment of 50% of your PO is required to secure your spot in production.

Who covers the cost of shipping?

We cover international shipping, import taxes, and bank fees from artisan workshops to our Austin studio.


You’ll cover standard shipping from our studio to your address.

Beyond custom branding, do you offer private label designs?

We're not able to offer private label at this time, but I recommend you taking my step by step course in finding your own artisan partners. In it I walk you through every part of the process ending with you writing your initial Purchase Order. More details here.
