Women who just show up.

I was sitting on a ferry off the coast of Portugal with the sun on my face & the ocean breeze in my hair taking in the view with three incredible women.
It was one of those moments where time feels a little slower, where you really see the people you’re with.
We started talking & realized something fun: we were all going on the upcoming Ethiopia trip in September!
Me, the host.
Aneesa, the event coordinator.
Brooke, the videographer.
And Erin, one of the boutique owners launching her own custom-branded handbag line.
Someone casually suggested, “We should make a video together to help others feel more comfortable signing up. It can be scary to commit to a trip when you don’t know the other people yet.”
I said yes, of course!
But honestly, I didn’t think it would happen.
Not because I didn’t believe in the idea, but because I didn’t want to ask for anything.
I didn’t want to lean too hard on friends, even these wildly generous & talented ones.
But on our final day, while standing in an olive grove, they took the lead.
They organized, filmed, & brought it to life because they believed in the mission.
Because they saw the value in helping others feel more confident joining something this meaningful.
We’re even stilling on a bench because dear Erin was recovering from a migraine.
I felt myself tearing up because they didn’t just talk about helping me bring this dream to life.
They did it.
Without being asked.
They reminded me what community looks like when it’s at its best: generous, proactive, & quietly powerful.
So here is the one take video we made together.
An invitation to something bigger than all of us.
A trip that’s not just about travel, but about connection, creativity, & shared purpose.
If you’re a boutique owner ready to really capture your customers in the story of their impact in a way that no one else is doing… If you’re someone who craves meaningful adventure & wants to better understand the power of being thoughtful with your purchases…If you’re ready to explore what’s possible when women gather with intention…
It’s a trip of a lifetime.
And there’s room for you, too.
